Headshots, Houses, & Some Fun – NJ Commercial Photographer

Wow!  It has definitely been a while since I’ve had a chance to post something, and things have been incredibly busy around the studio.  Right now is one of our busiest times of the year, and we have had the pleasure of working with a bunch of new clients since the beginning of the year.  We have been booked solid with commercial photography sessions, and we are pretty excited about some upcoming projects we will be working on.  I figured it might be a good idea to put together a post on some of what we’ve been up to.  Here’s some highlights from recent sessions we’ve had!

Portraits & Headshot Photography

We’ve had a host of headshot & portrait photography sessions lately.  While some of these have been larger corporate & group sessions, often held on-location, we’ve also had a good number of really nice individuals book appointments in the studio.  Working with everyone, doing a bit of traveling, and coaching clients into looking their best has been pretty great!

Sam Maccarone, Mayor of Woolwich Twp., NJ stopped by for a new headshot.

Cheryl, Marketing Director at Xtel Communications, giving me a smirk when we were getting started.  We had a great time photographing their executive team.

Real Estate Photography

The weather has been warming up, and apparently, so has the housing market.  We’ve been super busy with real estate photography sessions.  I love photographing homes this time of year, because you can usually catch a bright blue sky & some vibrant green grass.  Along with the fall time (with it’s awesome colors), spring is one of my favorite times of year for real estate photography.  Here’s some recent highlight shots!

Finally able to take some vibrant, spring exteriors of this South Jersey Mansion.

I really liked this one-point perspective shot from a cool house over in Collingswood, NJ.

A Host of Other Great Stuff…

In addition to working hard, I had the chance to spend a lot of time with friends & family, sometimes even with a camera in hand.  From light painting & car-racing to working with entrepreneurs & photographing little super heros, the past few months have been a good time.  Last, but definitely not least, here’s some highlight shots from some of the good times I’ve had recently.

Got together with some photographer friends for a little bit of light painting…

My friend Kevin races cars, so I had the chance to photograph him & even take his ride for a spin at the NJ Motorsports Park in Millville, NJ.

I started a personal project doing environmental portraits of successful entrepreneurs. I’ve decided to call it The Chosen Ones, and I hope our followers will swing by & check it out!

Shameless plug… stop by & take a look at my project The Chosen Ones where I photograph & interviewing successful entrepreneurs.

We’re also running a series of really awesome mini-sessions over on our family photography sister-site, S18 Newborns.  The latest theme is super heroes, and so, of course, my wife dragged our daughters out for some promo shots.  When I wasn’t keeping them busy or pushing a stroller, I made sure to snap a few sun-soaked shots of my own.  Here’s the kids goofing around, shot with some sun-flare!

Sydney cheesing it up!

Allie was pretty much just interested in her snacks… and probably wondering what the big people were doing.

Yup… she was definitely having a good time with this…

Well, it’s good to have a chance to blog again, and I hope our regular followers enjoy checking out some of what we’ve been up to.  If your interested in the super hero mini-sessions, head over to to S18 Newborns for the info on these & other spring sessions.  Otherwise, check back here, since we’ve got a lot of really cool stuff coming up!
