Having been at scores of these, we’ve seen companies do anything and everything to attract attention for their business, and the venues even offer numerous optional amenities for company booths. From marketing “swag” like stress balls, pens, and bobble heads to venue-provided cappuccino setups, these events can certainly become an expensive way to promote who you are and what you do. And sure, stress balls and pens are fun, but how many actual, meaningful conversations do they spark? Typically, we share a booth with our host client, and assemble a full professional setup (backdrop, lighting, etc.) where we provide headshots to guests as they stop by. Pretty soon, word spreads that your company is providing free headshots, and “these are actually really good ones!” and you have guests lining up for their complementary photo. As folks queue up, you have a great opportunity to engage them about who you are and what you do. Afterwards, many individuals stick around and continue the meaningful conversations about your business.
Headshots for Business Professionals
Of course, our headshot booths are always a hit, and there are plenty of custom options you can add to your booth. We typically have final images delivered to you electronically with 48 hours of the final day of the event. For pure lead-capturing, we can have an assistant on hand to have guests sign in & provide their information and email if you like. This way, you can deliver each guest’s headshot with a personalized follow-up email! Some companies like to really get fancy and have some makeup artists on hand for touch ups before guests are photographed. We have a great network of hair and makeup professionals who we can have provide this service for you. Some businesses host a “happy hour” where we offer small group photographs against their branded backdrops for a period of time. The possibilities are endless, and the guest engagement is tremendous!
