Personal Project – Car Shows

From time to time, I think it’s important to show off some personal work alongside our professional work.  It helps our clients see a little bit of who we are and what we like outside of business, and it also shows people the unique ways we approach different subjects photographically.  This past summer, I decided I would visit some local car shows and compile some of my favorite photos from the trips.  I even had a handful of shots from a few years back, and I thought they might make it into the project as well.

I’ve always loved cars (and trucks, bikes, etc… you name it), so I figured it could be a lot of fun.  I even dragged my wife and kids out a handful of times with me, of course bribing the kids with ice cream.  It gave us the chance to spend some time hanging out together at some local spots like Johnson’s Farm Market and the Evergreen Dairy bar.  For the record… Johnson’s puts on a great BBQ during the summer on Friday nights.

At any rate, you can 2015 Car Show Photo Project, and check out some of the shots below.  Enjoy!
