West Berlin, NJ Home – NJ Real Estate Photographer
It’s cold! That’s exactly how the weather has been throughout the Northeast this winter! We’ve had record-setting cold weather, and a whole bunch of snow. In fact, it sort of reminds me of the winters we had when I was a kid. It was just more fun then! It also happened to be pretty bitter out a week ago when I headed over to West Berlin, NJ for a recent real estate photography session. Luckily, we picked a day where there wasn’t a whole lot of snow on the ground, but we were racing to beat an incoming storm.
The house was a country colonial with an open front porch, and the owner was really nice. Apparently, she had the home listed previously, but they had decided to put it back on the market with it’s newly-remodeled kitchen… which was super nice by the way. I liked the rest of the home too, especially the nice hardwood floors throughout the living room and dining room. The living room also had some great wooden shelves for the television and a handful of other things. Altogether, the place was a win… especially that kitchen. While I didn’t see it before the remodel, it was awesome now!
As I wrapped up the photos and headed outside to grab a few exterior shots, some snow flurries started to hit the lens. Talk about timing! I snapped a couple final shots of the large back yard, and I was out of there! Cool house, and I’m really looking forward to the weather warming up a bit! Here’s some of the shots from the session!
